The Senate DFL plan is outlined in a bill, SF 4573, sponsored by DFL Capital Improvements Committee Lead Sandy Pappas. Among the bill's many provisions, it would allocate $549 million dollars for transportation projects; $278 million dollars to improve for public infrastructure; $254 million dollars for public facility efforts, including wastewater and drinking water projects; $224 million dollars for the University of Minnesota asset preservation and improvements; $263 million dollars for Minnesota State Colleges and Universities; $272 million dollars for natural resources projects; $80 million dollars for aiding pollution control efforts; and $26 million for the Minnesota Zoological Garden.
