3:31:25Now PlayingThe Minnesota Senate gave its final approval to a $1.87 billion-dollar public works infrastructure package, which through the sale of bonds, funds projects for transportation, higher education, public water and sewer infrastructure, housing, and parks and trails. The measure also appropriates $31 million dollars in supplemental spending for various agencies, including the Department of Corrections, Department of Human Services and the Department of Public Safety to address costs related to civil unrest and direct care and treatment. The package also provides tax relief for small businesses and farmers.
