One, that will phase out the non-essential use of PFAS chemicals, is included in HF 2310, the omnibus environment, natural resources, climate, and energy finance and policy bill. The bill is expected to be signed into law by Governor Tim Walz. The second, to improve worker safety at refineries, is already law.
