India Bulls Real Estate Q4 results were marked in slow in profits and flat sales, however, on a positive note, the company also
announced a 16% (Rs. 311 crore) reduction in debt, missing its self-set target by a whisker... Disha Shah sent us this report on the
company's fourth quarter numbers. If you look the numbers from Jan to March this year, the company's net profit dipped by 36.74%
year on and stands at 58.91 crore Rs. as against 93.13 crore Rs. last year. Infact the company's total revenue - it witnessed a marginal
growth of 1.88%. In the begining of the fiscal year the company had a target to reduce their debt by Rs. 4,800 crore, but has
managed to reduce Rs. 4,617 crore. There are 11 ongoing projects in the pipeline for the company - 9 residential and 2 commercial.
and that's why expecting sale's figures to go up by Rs. 19,676 crore by 2019. The company has planned the total salable area of
7.29 M sqft. both in NCR - one residential and commercial.
