Answer: The area you intend to buy a flat at, are good locations. Pune is growing fast with new flyovers and projects coming up. Talking about Wakad, it is closer to the Mumbai-Pune highway; the IT hub and has started BRT services too. Western Avenue and Kalpatru Crescendo are projects to be invested in Wakkad. Tathawade is an extension to Wakad and hence is good place to invest. Paranjape Azure and 7 Plumeria Drive are some projects with reputed developers in Tathawade.
