Q: I plan to buy a 1 BHK in Mumbai. My budget is Rs 55 lakhs. I’m looking at resale or under construction property. I have shortlisted Cosmos at Kasarvadavali and Silver Crest at Khandesgwar. I’m also looking at the sector 20-35 in Kharghar. Which one should I choose?
Answer: The locations like Thane is growing fast and can be good choice if the property is ready and the legal work has been done already. Other options falling in the budget would be Puranik City and Lodha Paradise. Kharghar is a better option compared to Khandesgwar as it has good developed properties already. But it is advised that for a resale property, it should not be more than 5 years old.
