Q: I want to find out about the plots in Delhi. Recently the 'A' category flats have witnessed major downfall in prices. What do you foresee in the next couple of years? What's your take on buying an old flat in south Delhi?
Answer: A lot of Delhi’s land oriented money has moved into the ‘L’ zone and the market has not yet started there because of which the plots in south Delhi have come down. If you intend to buy it for yourself, you should go ahead. As an investor you should hold on until the ‘L’ zone peace plays out. Do your due diligence before buying any property.
