Q: I cancelled a flat that I booked in a project by Supertech and asked for a refund. The company is now delaying the cancellation procedure and also not looking to refund the amount. How should I go about it?
Answer: The refund clause in the agreement or MOU needs to be revisited. The clause will have a definite time period within which the amount is to be refunded to you on cancellation and also the conditions for refund.
