Q: I'm planning to buy a 2BHK flat in Sector 16B, Noida Extension. He has selected a project called Sri Aqua Garden which was launched recently. The possession is expected in 2018. Is it a good project to invest in? Also, tell me if there are any other projects in this location.
Answer: The area is under movement economically but talking about other sectors like Sector 18, which is good commercial hub and sector 16 which is has film city as an edge. Sector 16 B however is a little congested. There are adverse reviews of the project he wants to invest into but the delivery is slow. It is advised that according to the budget one should take a ready or near ready project.
