Question: I own a flat in a new building which was just handed over to the society by the builder. I want to get a share certificate for my society membership. What documents do I need to get this certificate?
Answer: You need to apply to Society as per Co-operative Societies Act of your State. You will have to complete formalities by prescribing for Membership and issuance of Share Certificate / Entrance Fees. Check any due are outstanding or not. Follow the provision mentioned in Co-operative Societies Act of your State.
