Answer: Both are decent projects and comparable on most aspects, so choose the one that suits you in terms of amenities as well as payment plan.
In Dosti Vihar, you will get larger sized apartments but its rate of growth has been almost half of Runwal Garden.
However, Dosti Vihar will be closer to the new metro link. Metro always grows property values between 10 - 25% after it is complete.
