Answer: It is a good investment. Xrbia is a very fast growing company with immense focus on affordable housing. They have good focus on delivering projects.
The project is close to Life Republic by Kolte Patil. Is in Marunje and is about 7 kms from KPIT, Wipro, Infosys etc in Phase 1.
Of late, there have been improvement in the social infrastructure - E Square, D Mart, Hotel Taj Gateway have come and are functional.
