Question: I want to buy a 3 BHK Flat around Harlur Road and Kasavanahalli Main Road in Bengaluru. My budget is around Rs 90 lakh - 1 crore. I have shortlisted Klassik Landmark. Is this a good project to buy into? Please suggest other properties as well.
Answer: Kasavanahalli main road is a nice location which is fully developed with all required social infrastructure due to its nearness to IT corridor. Klassic landmark is a good choice as it is a nicely designed building with phase 1 completed and phases 2 under construction. The location has so many developments.
