Answer: Bennerghatta is fantastic location. Our research tells us that you should get roughly at about Rs 1,000-1200 sq ft in terms of plotted developments. If you do manage to get in that price, it would be brilliant as the prices in some poarts of that market have moved to Rs 1400 for well-plotted develeopments, completed with club house and other amenities. You can expect appreciation of around 7% per annum; Rs18000/sq. ft. You can go ahead and make the investment.
