Question: I plan to buy plots for investment purpose. My budget is Rs. 10-15 lakh. I have selected 2 areas - Devarapalli which is 6 km away from Shankarpalli and Yacharam located on Nagarjuna Sagar Highway and is 6 km away from Ibrahimpatnam. These are farm lands that will soon become residential plots. In 3-7 years or 5-10 years, which area would offer better appreciation?
Answer: Both are agriculture properties; when a retail investor buys agriculture property there are lot of risks that come with it. Check the land use of locations where the land is located before making a purchase. Check if the location comes under the master plan of the city. To be a safer side avoid both these lands.
