Question: I’m holding a property in Gaursons in NCR area for more than 3.5 years now. The contract price was Rs 50.6 lakh of which I have paid 95% and 5% is still due. Should I hold or sell this property and if I hold this for next couple of years what appreciation should I expect?
Answer: It is a well-developed township; designed by a Singapore based consultants. You have invested in a good property and if you’ll sell it today you’re going to lose Rs7-Rs7.5 lakhs. This property has much better prospects because there is a metro project going. If you don’t really need the money then hold on to this property don’t sell it. Prices will rise until you get the possession.
