Question: I have a plot in Mysore at the place called as State Bank of Mysore Layout. Should I sell or hold my State Bank of Mysore Layout plot?. It is the plot of Mysore Urban Development Authority. I want know is this the right time to sell it or should I hold? If I sell it what price I can expect?
Answer: It is located on periphery of Mysore, near Ring Road. This area is not actively traded. Currently it has a very less demand. Not much people are looking to invest in this area. It has the long term prospects. Do not sell it in short term period. You will have to hold this plot for up to 2-3 years to see the rise in market.
