Question: I have booked an apartment in Mantri Webcity Bengaluru in July 2013. The possession was due on January 2016. It was later postponed to October 2017. The builder has further postponed possession to September 2018. I am worried if I will get possession. Should I sell the project and exit it? Or should I stay invested?
Answer: This project has been delayed multiple times due to which I see there is some problem. Mantri has been defaulted many times on pre-EMI commitments. So my suggestion would be you should sell this property and invest in the properties located in North Bengaluru which are near completion and also developed by premium developers.
