Question: My society has not issued share certificates in spite of being formed 3 years back. My all payments and paperwork are completed. However, despite regular reminders the share certificates is not been released to anybody. Can I stop my monthly maintenance payment in protest against not receiving the share certificate? What penalties can be levied by the reputed registrar in this case?
Answer: If you won’t pay your dues then the first thing registrar will ask you to pay your dues then they will take some action. So you should not stop pay your dues. And you can file a formal complaint with the registrar to the get the share certificate.\
