These buyers have been waiting for four years for homes that they booked in 2008. In a statement, the DB realty management had promised on ‘The Urban Debate’ that they would start handing over the projects by August 2016. But, as Magicbricks Now found, nothing has been done on ground. Aggrieved homebuyers are now seeking legal recourse. Should the buyers accept a fresh new delivery date?
