Answer: Ambitious road project of 18 kilometres between Gurgaon in Haryana and Dwarka in Delhi was to be operational by 2010. Its 2016 and the road is probably a year from completion. Ancillary infrastructure work may still take a little more time than a year. So if you are ready to wait for a couple of years then that’s a good option to buy.
