3:51Now PlayingIn more trouble for the developer, the Mumbai Magistrate court has now remanded Pujit Aggarwal of Orbit Corp to judicial custody. The developer is currently in police custody. The developer will now be taken from Azad Maidan Police Station to Arthur Road Jail.
The police custody which had been extended by the judge for two times during the past two weeks has been expired. The Managing Director of Orbit Corp will remain in judicial custody until October 3. The next hearing to decide the future course of action at the Mumbai Magistrate is scheduled on October 3.
