Answer: This is a good property, but the developer is Gurgaon based not Singapore based. You bought this property at peak of market. So at present you will not get any appreciation from your buying price, Please hold the property for at least 2 years, As Dwarka Express way is declared as NH8A and expected to be ready within a year, once it is ready the prospect of entire area will be good.
