Question: I'm planning to purchase a property in Noida Expressway. I have looked at a project called Sikka Karnam Green in Sector 143B at the cost of Rs 4400 per sq. ft. The builder is committing to provide the possession in 1 to 1.5 years. The structure seems ready for Ground+16 floors. Is this the good deal to go for? Will I get good price appreciation in that area?
Answer: Sikka Karnam Greens, by the Sikka Group, is on Noida Expressway. The project has 1 - 4BHK apartments of 590 - 1920 sq. ft. Currently the price in the project is Rs 3,700 – Rs 4,700 per sq. ft. (Rs 22 – Rs 57 lakhs). It is offering amenities such as high speed glass lifts, 24x7 security and power back-up, Exclusive club etc. These are expected to be ready for possession by mid-2017.
