This location is known for Pristine, Second Homes and also a tourism destination because of its proximity to Matheran. New proposed Panvel-Neral Highway which will make connectivity faster consist of clubhouse with resort type facilities, construction here is in full swing, is a 45 min drive by Panvel-Neral highway and also it is at just a short drive from Mumbai.
