I am told that OC is still not in place but it is ready to move in property. What are the risks in terms of regulatory approvals regards to this property?
Answer: Mira Road is the prime location. It has the established socio-economic infrastructure in terms of entertainment, shopping, commercial etc. It has also evolved as the better location for middle income to high income families. But before investing in this project take a legal consultant to check whether paper work is in place.
