In South Mumbai on Tuesday (Nov 22), people's anger spilled onto the streets when a branch of the State Bank of India ran out of cash. Some angry citizens alleged that they have been visiting the bank on a daily basis, and still facing problems in exchanging their hard earned money.
Meanwhile, in Uttar Pradesh's Moradabad, angry people blocked the NH 24 to protest non-availability of cash in banks. The blockade held up traffic and inconvenienced commuters till it was cleared after sometime.
