Question: I invested in a property and got possession. But builder has not completed many promises made earlier like delayed delivery, smaller lifts and incomplete construction. What's the legal recourse available?
Answer: You can go to civil court for civil damages or file to the respective High Court but the consumer court of Jamshedpur can give you the fast results. Consumer Court is the fast track court. Get the photos of the building, get the reports lacking the amenities and submit it to government architecture.
