Question: In most of the cities, mostly all the housing projects gets delayed. If the buyers approach court, then the court 95% of time rules in favour of the builder. In such cases what are the legal options left for the buyers?
Answer: You can go before the consumer court for unfair trade practice and one sided agreement. Challenge the agreement term itself. You will get interest, compensation, OC etc. Consumer court gives faster results then the civil court.
