Question: I had booked a 3BHK flat of 1712 sq. ft. in Godrej Summit Project in Gurgaon in June 2014. The cost was 7750 rupees per sq. feet. I am planning to sell the flat. But presently the prices are very low! Is there any chance of price improvement of this project?
Answer: It is not a sellers’ market right now but there are enough and more people to buy a house for end use. There is a segment which is looking for great resale and primary deals. Secondary market may go sluggish for next few months. You cannot expect sudden price rise in properties. You should hold another year to get good capital gains.
