F South Ward is turning out to be the most congested areas in Mumbai. Mills have long closed down, but the BDD chawls, which is home to around 200 families, still exists. The area has fast developed into a major commercial hub over the past decade, but, lack of planning has led to chaotic conditions. Traffic snarls, water logging during monsoon and poor living conditions of chawls has only added to the misery.
