A: Bidhan Nagar has been renamed as Salt Lake is among the Smart City project. Hence, there is a lot of focus on infrastructure and it already has a developed social infrastructure in place. The area is liveable and well connected to other parts of the city. You can go ahead with the purchase. But remember buy and hold to it for some time as while the locality is good, the realty market in Kolkata does not see a steep appreciation.
