Question: I would like to know the future prospects of Chembur East especially “Anantya” project by Radius developers. What is the expected appreciation of this area in next 5 years and is there any impact of demonetisation in this area or on this particular project?
Answer: Chembur has developed as a hub of infrastructural development with eastern freeway, new metro and the eastern corridor in general. This project in particular is a large SRA Project which is a joint venture between Radius developers and land owning SRA Company spread across 40 acres of land with 21 towers. It is a huge development. And the possession will take way beyond December 2018. I would suggest investing in this project maybe 2-3 years later. I won’t really recommend investing in this project also because of its challenging access. Chembur yet still remains a good pick with various good options coming up.
