as posted by the channelIn a shocking incident, Suhas Haldankar ,an RTI activist functioning in the Kharalwadi area of Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune, was viciously murdered by 11 men who beat him with concrete blocks.
The episode took place on late Sunday night when Haldankar was travelling on his bike in the Kharalwadi area. One of the accused allegedly had an argument with the activist over boards that he had put up in the area citing civic issues and lapses. Following the argument, the man he had an argument with, along with 10 others, started throwing concrete blocks at Haldankar that left him with a bloody temple. Witnesses then took Haldankar to the nearest hospital where he was declared dead upon arrival.
