19:07Now PlayingThe alleged anti-Hindi brigade lashed out at the Central government yet again as they defaced Hindi signboards at almost four metro stations in Bengaluru on Wednesday night.
Members of the Karnataka Rakshana Vedike (KRV) on Wednesday night raised the pitch of the protests by blackening words written in Hindi on the signboard outside metro stations between 3 and 5 am. When questioned, the members of KRV said, “We are not anti-Hindi, we are anti-imposition.” If the Central government is so sovereign, why are there no Tamil or Kannada signboards in the Delhi Metro, they added.
