On the basis of the merit Alok Verma has been shunned from his position by 2; 1 voting against him.
Alok Verma has been removed from his post for the second time, and now he has been transferred to as the Director General of Fire Services.
Nageshwar Rao is set to take place of the CBI Chief again until a permanent Chief is appointed.
