2:11Now PlayingMany migrant workers who were travelling via buses from Haryana’s Ambala city and Yamuna Nagar were disappointed with the Uttar Pradesh Government after they were turned away at the border near Saharanpur district.
The migrants claimed that they were asked to return because there was no food or shelter which could be provided to them. At least 18 buses ferrying these poor labourers were sent back to Ambala. Some migrants also staged a protest blocking highways in Saharanpur as they were extremely hungry and yet no food was supplied to them.
