No proper social distancing norm is being followed. No sanitizer is given. There are three kinds is confusion happening at railway reservation counters.
1) Ticket for 200 trains - People coming to get a reservation for normal train tickets. These people also include migrants who are confused that 'Shramik special' is not running.
2) Tatkaal - People are coming to buy Tatkal tickets however it is not started by railway so far.
3) Cancellation ticket - these cancellation are happening for the people who bought tickets before lockdown. They are getting refunds.
