3:02Now PlayingWhile on one hand, you have passengers leaving on special trains starting today, we witnessed a huge influx of people waiting in serpentine-like queue to get their tickets cancelled. Holding documents and train tickets in hand, passengers extended to at least 1 km from outside the station’s gate. Patiently waiting in the scorching sun, the passengers have been waiting for over four hours as the ticket counter is open only between 12 pm and 6 pm. According to the passengers, the train tickets were booked in the month of December and January for their travel during the months of April and May. Due to the lockdown, passenger trains were cancelled, leading to automatic cancellation of the tickets.
