People have been coming to Marine Drive in hordes ever since the government allowed outdoor activities to resume. Despite Mumbai’s high case count and surging tally, shocking visuals have shown crowds of people at Marine Drive flouting social distancing norms and guidelines. From today, Mumbai will also reopen private offices at 10% capacity as well as government offices with 20% strength. Mumbai’s open spaces have been unoccupied for months now especially as Maharashtra remains the country’s worst affected state by the pandemic.
