Mumbai’s active rate was way higher than any other city in India, then suddenly the gap narrowed and not the city stands at a stable recovery zone. The improvements in facilities did help Mumbai to stabilize the outbreak. Pune, in the beginning, had a bit of a spike as far as the active cases were concerned; but by the end of May the cases dripped down on a large margin.
