The Apex Court has now directed that employers cannot show any gender bias; sacking or termination of services based on someone’s sexual orientation will be deemed as a violation of civil rights; these rights will protect all LQBTQ workers.
Members of the LGBTQ community across the United States have celebrated the Supreme Court’s order on the protection of LGBTQ workers. Few employees narrate their happiness saying that it was a completely unexpected move and they were all left utterly surprised, but this is what they needed and are extremely happy about that.
