However, the patient's body has been found in the mortuary, and it has been lying there for the past 20 days. It is shocking as the hospital authorities had no clue about it. Also, this is not the first case that has been reported from this very hospital. Confusion and chaos still go on a large scale. The patient went 'missing' on May 31st. With the help of police investigation, the family managed to trace the body.
