2:11Now PlayingThe first death of an inmate due to Coronavirus has been reported from Delhi’s Tihar Jail. On June 15, the 62-year-old murder convict who was lodged in the Mandoli Jail in Bihar was found dead in his barrack. The deceased samples were sent for further testing which revealed that he was COVID-19 positive. 23 inmates & 45 staff have tested positive for Coronavirus so far. The dead inmate was staying with 28 other prisoners in the barrack. All those who tested positive for the pandemic are under strict quarantine and doctor’s observation
