In fact, there has been a recent spike in cases after the norms have been eased because there was an inter-state movement of the people.
However, the Bengaluru Civic Body (BBMP) has launched a vigilance squad for better enforcement of the home quarantine. These squads will ensure that the people who have returned to Karnataka recently, follow all the home quarantine norms. For those who will be found violating the norms will be shifted to the institutional quarantine and FIR will also be launched.
