9:58Now PlayingOdisha’s famous Jagannath Rath Yatra is currently underway. This is the annual chariot festival which Is attended by lakhs of devotees every year. However, this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic there are many restrictions being imposed by the Supreme Court.
Government has imposed a curfew-like shut down in the Puri district and also appealed to the citizens to not step out of their homes. The curfew started at 9 pm Monday and will end at 2 pm on Wednesday.
