You should have rolled this scheme for all the Migrant Labourers across the board. Migrant Crisis is primarily created by the Centre, says, Monojit Mondal, TMC supporter on Chhatisgarh, West Bengal not being included in the Garib Kalyan Rojgar Abhiyaan Delhi is now the second worst-hit State in India, with 59,746 cases.
