The visuals captured on camera shows how the man was stuck in neck-deep water while he was stuck under a bridge. The farmer was returning home after grazing cattle when it started pouring heavily. To get shelter he went under a bridge, however, the water came gushing in and drowning him down. The man was barely visible in the floods. The Heavy rains in Dharwad caused extreme flooding in the entire area sweeping away the poor farmer along with it.
