3:13Now PlayingChennai City is under the 6th lockdown which started on 19th June and to end on 5th July. Every Sunday in July declared as complete lockdown where, except essential service, no shops will be open within City limits. Only essential service staffs are allowed to ply on the road. However, starting 6th July, weekdays in Chennai will face a lockdown with relaxations. Restaurants and tea stall can provide parcel services but no dine-in. Except for Malls, showrooms are allowed to be open without using air conditioners. Vegetable shops and groceries stores which were open from 6am to 2pm until now can function from 6am to 6pm starting Monday. Yet, all these facilities are not permitted on Sundays for July.
