The Deputy Chief Minister says he is one the most wanted gangsters in the state, even a bounty sum of Rs 5 lakh was offered to the person who finds him, along with fifty teams that were set up in different parts of North India to find him. He killed eight policemen during the Kanpur encounter. He confirms that the dreaded gangster was arrested in Ujjain today. He also says that many of his aides have been killed who helped.
